On the ad400 locks, Do Torx security screws come with the order or does it need to be ordered separately?

There is a separate Torx tamper screw pack that has all the screws

resistant and suggest to be installed in a protected area if outside.The outside of the AD is rating for outdoor weather temps but it cannot be mounted fully outdoors....
