When manually pushing a file works with an HHD, when I generate a new file, it still wants to manually push. What is the problem?
Go to SUS options>update mode> and make sure auto update is purple, this will allow the file to be pushed automatically from Express....

You can try soft resetting the HHD and hit the little reset button next to the IPB 5 times....
