Do the PIM400-485s need to be replaced if you change your Access Control Company?
PIM400-485s are the same for all systems. Just one version is sold which is our RSI protocol version. It should work with any PAC partners system....

When testing a Pim (485 or TD2) I put a jumper on the strike input, why doesn't it release?
Make sure that the wake up is on, and that on the PIM extended unlocks see the short in the strike input within the 10 seconds. If the lid is off, make sure the tamper plug is pulled out....
