We first have to make sure you have mobile credential enabled locks.
The lock models should be: NDEB, LEB, CTE with MTB11 or MTB15 readers and Control 2.0 (BE467 and FE410)
Make sure the user does NOT have the mobile credential installed first.
If they do, delete the app first. Click on the link you will get once the phone number has been added to Engage. Download the app.
If that does not work. Delete the user from the Engage site. Re-add the user, make sure they have deleted the mobile credential app. Then add the phone number as the mobile credential. Re-download the app then use at the door you have access to.
