The NDE80 locks do not support remote UnLock commands.  You would need to interface to a 3rd party Access Control System. You can use Schlage Mobile credential with the NDEB model.
Currently, the Schlage Mobile Credential is supported for US usage only.  The 1+ Country Code cannot be changed.
