Can the User Expiration date be extended on the Engage site default settings?
Resolution:
No, the default date is set to 5 years, that cannot be changed. But, you can extend each User creation expiration date to 2136. :
Is the 9v battery required for Syncing Engage MAPP to Control Locks?
Resolution:
No, the 9v is only needed if battery power is low and lock needs 9v 'jumpstart' for access. After door can be opened, then replace batteries. :
What are the wiring requirements for the CTE?
