Why would the controller on my 4600 (4630/4640) have no lights on display when powered with 120 VAC?

  1. Verify that the 120VAC is present at the controller (measure 120VAC on the 2 wire gray cable from I/O board to controller -- red/black wires in gray cable). If present, but no lights on the controller, the control is defective.
  2. If there is no 120VAC on 2 wire gray cable, it is possible there is a bad fuse on I/O board (check continuity on fuse). If fuse is good, the I/O board is defective.
