The NDEB, LEBxx, locks do not support remote unlock commands.
You cannot remotely unlock any of the locks with the Engage software. You would need to be in front of the lock, or within BLE range if you are using Schlage Mobile app.
The Schlage mobile app give you more of a range to open the door than a physical credential does.
If you wish to remotely unlock your devices, you will need to interface to a 3rd party Access Control System.
