First, perform a Factory Default Reset
Next, close the app, turn off Bluetooth (swipe up from the bottom of the screen, tap the Bluetooth icon).
Turn Bluetooth back on.
Reopen the app.
Attempt to Setup the Schlage Sense Lock again.
Things to check:
Ensure you are using the 8 digit Setup Code provided on the back of the Lock and provided on the front cover of the User’s Guide.
Ensure you are near the lock you wish to setup and that the lock is connected to four new AA batteries.
