The 38-070 is a dummy mortise cylinder available in 1 1/8", 1 1/4", 1 3/8", 1 1/2" lengths.  The cylinder has an embossed faceplate to look like a standard cylinder but no keyway.
The 38-070 is not available in stainless finishes; 629 and 630.
