What is the part number for the dogged cam used in modular cylinders?

Effective July, 2014, there is no longer a specific modular cam part number for dogging. The Schlage modular straight cams come with two mounting holes that allow for the cams to be mounted inverted for dogging.
  • L583-476, Straight Cam for cyl lengths 1-1/8", 1-3/8", 1-5/8"
  • L583-477, Straight Cam for cyl lengths 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 1-3/4"

Modular cylinders with the straight cam, such as 20-001 can be specified to have the cam inverted (dogged) by specifying XQ11-949 with the cylinder.

Example: 20-001 114 626 XQ11-949
