The 248L-4 strike will not violate ADA.  If you change the 248L-4 to the 304L strike, then the latch would need to be lowered.
You can use the surface mounted 6300 electric strike with 33A/35A rim exit device as long as you have enough stile width for this strike.
None of the Von Duprin electric strikes will work in a retrofit application where the normal standard mechanical strike is mounted to the frame because none of them are thin enough to fit in...
