What options do I have if I have forgotten my HandNet for Windows login?

In order to reset a login for HandNet for Windows, its database has to be modified by a qualified technical support representative.  A user database recovery service is a billable service, part number: SS-SVC.  We will provide you with a quote of the work involved.  Before we provide these services, you will need to issue a Purchase Order for the quoted amount.

To start the process, please contact Technical Support at: 877-671-7011 option 2 (for tech support) then option 8 (for biometrics) OR
E-mail Technical Support at: readers_credentials_biometrics_techprodsupport@allegion.com. Include in the email what you would like to have restored (current login, default login, etc.) and attach your "Handnet.MDB" file.

Before sending us your "Handnet.MDB" file, make sure to exit / shut down HandNet for Windows,
then go to My Computer -> C drive or local drive -> Program Files (->X86 for Windows 7 systems) -> Recognition Systems, Inc -> HandNet for Windows and copy the "Handnet.MDB" file.
