What is the GWES error that is seen on the Hand Held device (HHD)?

Ensure the end user is using the latest version of the Schlage Utility Software application.

When the GWES error occurs, RESET the Hand Held Device using the RESET button under the battery cover.  After RESET of the Hand Held Device (HHD), the error will be gone.
