iClass cards read differently on CTE and NDE.
CTE will not allow access to an iClass credential enrolled with an NDE and vice versa.
Both devices need configured for 40bit iClass CSN. As of FEB 2020, configuration card, part# CE-401-084, "Enable iClass CSN 40 bit" can be used on the MT11/MT15 readers to set them to read iClass same as NDE.
