Yes, with the may May 3 2021 Engage software and firmware release, no-tour is available for the Schlage Engage Mobile Credentials. You have to make sure all devices have updated firmware. You can now enable “No-Tour” under Advanced and Global Settings. You do not need the MT20W to enable this feature.
The firmware on the NDEB and LEB has to be a minimum version of: 3.08.06
**Warning**
If you Toggle on and off no tour in global settings - This will cause the need for users to have to remove credentials for affected users hit save and then add credentials for users and hit save. Toggling this setting should not be done.
Any changed done to a No tour site with group, a sync needs to be done and card placed for existing users only and doors affected.
