How do you create a custom Mifare configuration with DX2400 Xceed cards and the HandNet Lite software?

Here are the steps needed to create their custom Mifare configuration using DX2400 Xceed cards and the HandNet Lite software. Handnet Lite version 2.3.1.9 which is available on our FTP site, is required to create the Mifare configuration.

1. Log Into HandNet Lite, click the "Smart card" tab

2. Create New MiFare

3. Select a MiFare Definition Name - for example, "Xceed"

4. Do not make changes to Definition tab

5. Click Sector Assignment Tab:  a. Select 4K card, b. In the Manual Sector Assignment, assign sectors 2 - 13 to RSI sector, other sectors are free, Sector 0 is reserved, and c. Uncheck "Use MiFare Application Directory (MAD)" tab

6. Accept Settings

7. Next, go into: "Configuration/Edit Selected RSI Reader/Fingerprint Settings/Mifare Standard Configuration" and select the custom configuration that was created in the above steps.
