How do I remove and reuse a Schlage Control lock?

There are (2) steps required to reset a Lock and allow it to be commissioned for reuse.

First, the lock had to be deleted from the Engage site it was previously commissioned to.
This can be done with an Admin on the original account.
If that person is not accessible or available, you will need to contact Tech Support for assistance.  Tech Support can be reached at 877-671-7011  opt 2 then opt 2 again

After deleting from the site it was commissioned to, you will have to reset the lock the factory defaults.
Here are the steps to Factory Reset the lock:

1. Disconnect the batteries for at least ten (10) seconds.
2. Reconnect the batteries.
3. Wait for the lock to beep and flash three (3) times.
4. Within ten (10) seconds, rotate the thumbturn back and forth two (2) times.
5. The lock will flash one (1) long green flash and beep one (1) long beep to indicate the process was successful.

You can now commission the lock to your new Engage site.
