How do I clear the memory on a CT500?
To clear the memory on a CT500 controller, deleting all programming and codes from the controller and resetting to factory defaults, perform the following procedure:
1. Ensure dipswitches are set properly according to the chart below. Settings will vary depending upon the installation.
2. Press the SW2 pushbutton on the controller board 3 times. (Verification of procedure will result in the relays clicking back and forth a few times)
Memory will now be cleared and default codes and settings will be restored.
