How do I clear the HandNet for Windows error message, "Index or primary key cannot contain a null value" on a biometric HandKey?

This HandNet for Windows message appears only when a HandKey 2 connects to it for the first time.  During the uploading of users from the HandKey 2 to HandNet, the software verifies the user data record.  Should it find an empty user record, this message will appear.  To clear this message, click on the "OK" button.  Should HandNet find multiple empty user records, this message will appear each time therefore the "OK" button will need to be clicked to clear each instance.
