How come I no longer see my Users and Doors, etc when logging into the Engage web portal.

As of the end of August 2020, Microsoft stopped supporting Internet Explorer (IE) as an acceptable web browser.
To see all Engage site and info via web portal, use either Chrome or Edge or other browser but do not use IE.
