Driver pins on SFIC mortise housings loosen up and fall out.


Issue:  Schlage SFIC mortise cylinders have potential for the driver pins to fall out affecting the ability to lock and unlock the device.

Facts: Housings manufactured between 06/01/2012 and 10/30/2012 may be affected. 

Cause:  An insufficient staking operation of the pins to the cam plate was identified.

Solution: Replace housing as required.
