AD-993 - Cylinder loose in lever - Spacer missing

In the early cylindrical version of the AD-Series 993 locks, a spacer may be required for proper cylinder functionality.

Effected cylinder types are PD / LD / RD / JD

If a customer is indicating that the cylinder does not seat properly in the lever when fully assembled and that the cylinder face is not flush with the lever, then this spacer is probably missing.

See step 15 in the installation manual. HERE
On current steel lever units this is no longer used due to the redesign.
