Is a dead battery on the HHD covered under warranty?
Resolution:
All HHD Bluebird Pideon units are out of warranty. The manufacturer no longer produces these units and there are not aftermarket sold separate parts available.:
Will there be 900-2Q boards for warranty purposes now that the QEL'S do not require the boards?
Resolution:
The 900-2Q board is no longer available. For warranty purposes, QEL conversion kit and 900-2RS board are required. The 900-2RS replaces the 900-2Q board. :
