Order Status

Allegion order status and tracking information is only available to Authorized Distributor Partners.

 

Authorized Allegion Distributor Partners can view order forms and ordering information by logging onto the “My Allegion Portal”.

 

  • In the “My Support” tab located in the top navigation banner, click on “Order Status
  • When the page opens, click on “SCHLAGE RECOGNITION SYSTEM

 

 

To access the “My Allegion Portal”:

 

  1. Visit the US Allegion website
  2. In the top navigation banner, click on “I am an Authorized Distributor”
  3. On the “Welcome to the Allegion Portal” page, enter you user name and password 

 



Allegion Employees can access the distributors’ “My Allegion Portal” thru The Frontline Home Page:

 

  • Click on “My Allegion Distributor Portal” located in the navigation menu on the left side and located in “Related Sites”.
