Resolution
When Privacy Mode is cancelled, if the lock is still within the Auto-Unlock period, the lock toggles unsecured.
If the lock is NOT within an Auto-Unlock period when Privacy Mode is cancelled, the lock stays secured.
Notes
A Door Position Switch (DPS) MUST be installed and connected for Privacy Mode operation.
The door must be CLOSED (as reported by the DPS) to enter Privacy Mode.
Privacy Mode is entered by: 1) pressing the Inside Pushbutton (IPB); or 2) extending the deadbolt (if present). Privacy Mode entry is indicated by four flashes of the red IPB LED.
While in Privacy Mode, access can be gained only by a Pass-Through credential or mechanical key override.
Privacy mode is cancelled by: 1) opening the door; 2) pressing the IPB again; or 3) retracting the deadbolt (if present). Privacy Mode cancellation is indicated by four flashes of the green IPB LED.
