How do I wire an EL device to normally hold open the latch and release it during a fire alarm?

Use a normally closed fire alarm as the input to the power supply option board (PS873-2 or PS914-2RS), this will hold the latch retracted. During a fire alarm, the contact will open, dropping power to the latches. Alternately, add a FA board to the power supply and tie in a normally closed fire alarm to the FA board, then add a jumper on the input of the power supply option board.
