Schlage is considered the custodian of the master key systems that are created by the factory.  

Schlage does NOT release the following information to any customer: 

• Sequence of Progression
• Key Bitting Array
• Unassigned combinations

If additional bittings are needed by the end user, Schlage is happy to provide a small number of bittings (generally 10 or fewer) at no charge over the phone or via email through the Mechanical Locks Product Support Team as a courtesy.  For expansion bitting requests in excess of 10 combinations, please order these bittings via purchase order using the 50-121 (new master key bitting) and 50-122 (new change key bitting) part numbers.
