The Engage app doesn’t see the Engage lock show up during commission, “no device found”.

Here are the reasons why Engage will not see the lock:

Device has previously been a commissioned to another site.

After power cycle battery cover must be in place (no tamper) before post test completes or lock will not advertise for 2 minutes (NDE and LE)..

Check battery level (with multimeter). If the battery is too low, it cannot broadcast bluetooth signal.

Device is already linked to a GWE.

Bad Rex (will not advertise if the RX is not activated momentarily after MAPP asks for inside lever to be turned down.)

Perform a factory reset on the lock usually clears this issue.
