To enable WIM on an RC03, first ensure it is properly installed by following page 31 of the RC-03 Manual: Download RC-03 Manual

Then use ReaderTester Tool (from DBCrystal Software Package) or ReaderCommander to send a "Set Wiegand" Command to the reader. There are three options:

Off
Raw_Wiegand
Wiegand_Plus_HID

Note: Wiegand_Plus_HID will be the most common selection.

Once the reader has wiegand enabled, it will report incoming weigand data as badge reads in Pure Access. Credentials can then be manually enrolled or enrolled by presentation depending on Bitmask and card data format.
