Diameter is 5/16" with a wider knurled collar under the pin, though the hinge pin is not always consistently that size and may vary slightly.
This is commonly asked to see if this hinge will work with a hinge pin door stop.
Hinge pin door stops, or products such as the Door Saver II, are not tested with - and should not be used with - Ives commercial butt hinges.
