Why would the outside lever activate the RX switch on the electrified L9000 mortise locks?
Solution ID

Resolution
A couple items may cause this:
- Springcage may be installed backwards - Springcage must be installed with arrows going in the downward rotation of lever.
- The L9090 lever hubs will rotate together when no trim is installed causing the RX switch to be triggered - Install the trim before testing.
