Does the 4642 Operator meets ASTM-B209, type 663-T5 Aluminum Alloy.

No because the ASTM-B209 specification is for Aluminum flat sheet,
coiled sheet and plate. Our 4600 cover is extruded Alum and the alloy we use, 6063, which is not included in the B209 spec.
