Magstripe card data not coming in correctly to the Honeywell Panel from PIM400-TD2

The problem was that the Honeywell star 2 control panel could not read the information from the card that was coming from the AD400 MS reader by way of the PIM400TD2. It could see and read all contacts and out puts DPS and RX just was not see card data. Once the IBC 716C was installed between the control panel and the PIM they could then read the card.
