A Gateway in FDR mode has a solid RED status LED on the top cover. (After the amber status LED during boot up) This solid RED status LED for FDR mode is the as shipped from the factory mode.
A Gateway in FDR mode will have no RX/TX LED blinks or Ethernet LED blinking, because a Gateway in FDR mode is not commissioned and will not communicate until it is commissioned.

Putting the Gateway into FDR mode will remove configurations, databases, and requires the device be recommissioned.
Putting the Gateway into FDR mode will NOT remove it from a prior ENGAGE account, you must also DELETE the Gateway from the account using the mobile application
MORE>DEVICE> left swipe on the name to open the DELETE button in the ENGAGE account

Internal Gateway settings for FDR mode are,
   RS-484 address = 0
   WAPM (door) range = 0-15
   IP host setting = ZeroConfig

To put the Gateway in FDR Mode,
1) Hold in the back cover FDR button until the top cover STATUS LED flashes green two times and remains solid
After the two flashes you can release the FDR button, the process is started,
2) The Status LED will remain green util the Gateway starts to re-boot
3) The Status LED will be amber during the 90 second boot up process.
4) When complete the top cover status LED will be solid RED, indicating the Gateway is in FDR mode.
