Zentra Mobile Credential - Moving from One Device to Another

To move to a new mobile device/phone with an existing Zentra Mobile Credential:

  1. Install Zentra MAPP on new phone.
  2. Try using credential.
  3. If an error appears, uninstall and reinstall app, try again. (This will install the credential on the new device)
  4. If still having issues, please contact Product Support at 877-671-7011.
