The WRI-IN can have two readers connected in parallel to the single reader input. Make sure the wire connections are good and both wires are making contact in the terminal block. Standard HID or Schlage readers are ok. Make sure total wire run for the two readers does not exceed 500 ft. for wiegand output and that the power supply being used to power the WRI-IN has enough current for the WRI-IN and the two readers.
