Will an operator will be damaged if the door is locked down (secure) after hours but the exterior actuator is not turned off/taking offline or the unit itself is not turned off?

Any good secure setup and installation should be getting an open signal that has already gone through credential access first (ex……card reader, keypad, Key switch) and ignoring a locked door.  If this is not done we would still warranty the product, however we want to highlight using this preferred method, (using card reader, keypad, key switch, turning unit off after hours etc….) because it protects the operator from damage or excessive wear when a door is locked.
