Why won't Schlage Express transfer door data to the HHD?
The Schlage Express software by default does not know where the synchronization directory is for the logged in User Name and Hand Held Device (HHD).
This directory has to be pointed to during the initial setup process after the Schlage Express and the HHD has been setup on the computer and reset at any time that the HHD and Microsoft Sync Center Partner relationship changes.
Check that the synchronization directory for the mobile HHD device defined in Schlage Express matches the synchronization directory defined in the Windows Device Partnership settings; either ActiveSync (Win XP) or WMDC - Windows Mobile Device Center (Win 7 - Win 10).
Confirm within Schlage Express > Settings > Program Settings > Programming
Select the Middle option ( Locks will be programmed with a Pocket PC device ) and then either type, copy & paste, or browse to the directory that is shared and synchronized from Windows with the HHD mobile device, and then save these settings.
Example: C:\Users\User-Name\Documents\Documents on Allegion-HHD
(your User Name will replace: User-Name and your HHD named designation will replace: Allegion-HHD )
