Why is my NDE lock not responding?

If you used the web portal and changed the name of the lock, it will set all of the reader configurations in the lock to ‘off’ (including the beeper).  This will make the lock appear like it is not working.  When a user presents a card to the lock, it won’t beep or blink. 

 

To correct this, the user can either connect to the lock with a mobile app, (BLE) and re-set the reader configurations and save them to the lock. 

Or they can use the web portal to re-set the reader configurations and the lock will update overnight.
