Why is my NDE lock not connecting to my phone?

First make sure your Bluetooth is ON in your phone.

Do not have any other Bluetooth devices connected to your phone like a watch or headphones.

Second make sure the lock is NOT in construction mode. If it ever was in construction mode the lock will need a Factory Default Reset (FDR) in order to connect.
If you are first time Commissioning, the battery cover must also be installed and you turn the inside lever, before it will connect.
