Why does SMS Express continues to ask me to enter the Unlock Key?

  • SMS Express does not support Windows Vista Home or Starter Edition.  If you install it you will be prompted to enter the unlock key everytime you open SMS Express.
  • When entering the unlock key for SMS Express you will need Administrators Rights to the computer, if you don't have the proper rights you will be prompted to enter the unlock key everytime you open the software.
