Why does Schlage Express tell me I have to program all doors at my site?

A newly defined time zone in Schlage Express will be placed into every lock at a site so that any user that might be assigned to that time zone can be acted on by the lock

Time zones are assigned to locks in a system not to specific users – that is why all doors are reported to need programming …  All of the locks at a site will need to know about the new time zone and will require programming.
