Why does my user enrollment keep getting deleted on the handreader?
When connected to Handnet for Windows, the reader behavior is controlled by the software. While logged in to Handnet for Windows, go to View -> Settings and click on the "Security" tab if 'do not delete unauthorized users' is not checked, the software will not allow enrollments at the handreader.
To allow enrollments at the handreader, place a check mark next to 'do not delete unauthorized users' and set the Access Profile to "Always"
If 'do not delete unauthorized users' is checked, but the Access Profile is set to "Never", then you can enroll users, but their ID will not be allowed access at any time (reader double-beeps after ID entered)
