Pure Access Cloud had a domain change on 02/01/2023 which affects Isonas AD Connect installation. The following must be completed to get AD Connect syncing again:
- On the server where Isonas AD Connect is installed stop the Isonas AD Connect service.
- Navigate to C:\Program Files\Isonas\Isonas AD Connect and open adsonnectconfiguraiotn.exe as administrator.
- On the ‘Configuration’ tab change the ‘URL’ entry from ‘https://isonaspureaccesscloud.com’ to ‘https://app.pureaccess.com’.
- Click ‘Save’ and then click ‘Test Pure Access’. The test should be successful.
- Start the Isonas AD Connect service. Once a full sync completes the ‘Last Full Sync’ entry at Settings>Active Directory in Pure Access Cloud will update to show today’s date.
