The web user has ‘custom’ web access permissions that do not include the ‘Access Point’ – ‘View’ permission. When this permission is added the web user will be able to see all access points in a Multi-Access Point Widget. Please note that if using the ‘Areas’ feature the web user must also have at least ‘View’ permission for the area where the access points reside.
Custom permissions and area management can be adjusted for the web user by clicking the ‘Action Ellipses’ to the far right of the user on the Users page in Pure Access Cloud and then selecting ‘Manage Web Access’.
