Why are my Prox credentials not working on the lock after programming with Schlage express., yet Pin codes work.

To properly add a  prox credentials a desk top reader or the HID Proximity Translator ( Built in to Schlage express )  must be used.  The software performs a unique compatibility conversion of the card data.
