The following locks feature the built-in alarm technology:
- BE469, Schlage Connect Smart Deadbolt
- BE479, Schlage Sense Smart Deadbolt
How can I tell if my lock has the built-in alarm?
You can verify your lock has the built-in alarm by taking a look at the circuit board on the back of the lock. Locks with the alarm will have a large black circle like pictured below.
Locks that do not have the alarm will not have the black circle.
