Where is the template for the Schlage L9000 series Gen1 indicator?

For rose (sectional) trim:

  • Door should be prepped in accordance with the correct template for the particular lock function and trim. 
  • Pre-drill the 5/8" hole above the center line on the side that the indicator is going on.  
  • A mounting template is provided for surface mounting the indicator to the door in the field.  See Note.

For escutcheon trim:

  • Door should be prepped in accordance with the correct template for the particular lock function and trim. 
  • Pre-drill the 5/8" hole above the center line on the side that the indicator is going on.  
  • Escutcheon indicators are mounted with the same thru-bolting as escutcheon trim.
