Where is the Customer Care training for the AX EXIT?
The AX EXIT product introduction training for Customer Care and for Customer Support can be found with this link, (be sure to read the notes of the power point), AX TRAINING.
The first AX models were launched May 2014, in response to the California Building Code changes, lowering the maximum force to unlatch a panic exit or fire exit to five pounds maximum.
The CBC change to five pounds for exits was effective for any new California construction requiring a new building permit after 1/1/2014.
